At C4 Sourcing, we provide professional factory inspections and quality control services for brands manufacturing overseas. Our inspectors verify that your products meet approved specifications before they ever leave the factory.

We begin by approving a gold tag sample (also known as a golden sample). This becomes the non-negotiable standard for everything coming off the production line.
From there, our team monitors production and verifies materials, measurements, color consistency, workmanship, packaging, and labeling throughout manufacturing.

Our Quality Control Process
1. Golden Sample Approval
Every inspection starts with the approved golden sample, which defines the exact standard the factory must follow. We align specifications, tolerances, and the bill of materials so there is no ambiguity during production. From design, function and packaging this is what you confirm and we make sure production hits this standed
2. Raw Material & Component Checks
Before manufacturing begins, we verify raw materials and components against the approved specifications. This includes fabrics, plastics, metals, finishes, and color lots. Confirming materials early prevents defects that cannot be fixed later in production.
3. In-Line Production Inspections
Our team conducts in-line inspections directly on the factory floor while your order is being produced. Monitoring production during manufacturing allows us to catch quality issues early and correct them before they affect the full production run.
4. Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before final payment and shipment, we perform a full pre-shipment inspection using AQL sampling. This inspection verifies workmanship, function, labeling, packaging, and carton quantities.
Our inspectors document all findings in a detailed inspection report with photos, allowing you to approve or reject shipment with confidence.
